We are not an architecture practice and do not provide architectural services, design work, planning applications, or construction management directly.

Any engagement between you and an architect introduced through our service is a separate contractual relationship between you and that architect. We are not a party to that contract and accept no liability for the services provided by any architect we introduce.

3. No guarantees

While we take care to match you with suitable architects based on the information you provide:

• We do not guarantee that any match will result in a successful project.
• We do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or cost of work performed by architects we introduce.
• We do not guarantee planning permission approval or building regulation compliance.
• We do not verify architects' insurance, financial standing, or ongoing suitability beyond confirming current ARB registration.

4. Your responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information in your brief.
• Conduct your own due diligence before appointing any architect.
• Verify an architect's professional indemnity insurance, references, and suitability for your project.
• Enter into a written appointment agreement with any architect you engage.
• Not use our service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Fees

The matching service is free for homeowners. There is no charge for submitting a brief or receiving architect introductions, and no obligation to proceed with any architect we introduce.

6. Intellectual property
